Saturday, 8 April 2017. Myself and co founder Sarah Alsop created the group out of our mutual interest in the Bigcat phenomenon. We have both had sightings in the Otway ranges and actively conduct our research in the Otways and other parts of Victoria.
Cryptozoology is the investigation of animals not yet recognized by science, but whose existence is hinted at by eye witness accounts, photos, or traces. This blog aims to continue reporting on that research. However, initially, I intend to provide a service of translating into English a number of foreign language accounts from around the world.
